<a href="http://Lose-11-Pounds.com/FreeBook.php?pg=19">Fastest Way to Lose Weight</a>

Im not sure, just do the calculations ill give u an estimate:

per 100g:
lettuce - around 15 kcal
rice - 350 (dry) more or less half cooked because of the water it absorbs
guacamole - around 100-150 kcal
beans - 60-120 kcal, it should say in the can ;)

just try to get a near weight of each and add em up :P

Use the free food diary below to track your calories. Create a new food item in your pantry, consisting of all these ingredients, and it will calculate the total calories for you. And next time you have it, you simply select the same food item.
