    Slim down – remove fat

Calories is a large subject when it comes to weight loss. We need to know three things: the volume of calories in our food, the volume of calories a specific activity uses up every sixty minutes, and finally our own personal daily allowance of calories. The one method which definitely showed results for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off 30 pounds, it definitely does work!

    Losing weight without starving yourself

The 2000 calorie diet is based on a 160 pound male of normal body compostion performing an average amount of walking.

It depends a little bit on your weight, but say you weigh 160 pounds, you are going to burn about 14 calories per minute jogging(6 miles an hour) If you weight more, or go faster, the calorie burn is higher.

so a 5 K under these conditions would burn roughly 430 calories.

If you send me your weight, and how fast you go, I can give you a better estimate.

    Best of luck
