What are some ways I can add veggies into Lunch and Dinner and snacks? I really do love veggies, I just can’t eat salads.

    Losing weight without starving yourself

A vegetable juicer might help if you really can’t eat them raw and whole, in one form or another.

    Hi.

Sorry, this particularly help you with lunch and dinner. But snack wise, drink Spirulina Smoothies to get all of your vitamins and minerals.

I love roasted vegatables with good olive oil and garlic. I also don’t ‘do’ salads, not my cup of tea,.

    How to Lose Weight

If you eat at Sub shops, such as Subway, pile your sub sandwich with veggies.

A lot of soups are also chocked full of veggies.

Steamed carrots are easier to get down than raw ones, and they taste better too.

Canned kernel corn has a naturally sweet and crunchy flavor, and it just as good straight out of the can as it is warmed on a stove!

I don’t eat salads as I find it hard to get a good dressing unless I make it.

One way I get veggies is I make a wrap with a whole grain tortilla, hummous for protein (and its yummy), chopped baby spinach, red pepper, avocado, broccoli sprouts, tomato.

    Otherwise, how about

–quesadillas (lowfat cheese, spinach, fresh cilantro, other veggies u like).

    –baked sweet potato

–I agree you can supplement with a green drink which is rich in nutritious sea vegetables and antioxidants

–If you eat tomato-based dishes like pasta with sauce, chilli, etc, you can add chopped spinach to that with no effect on taste, just lots of nutrition. Cooks in a minute.

–Steamed or raw broccoli, cauliflower or other veggie with your favorite lowfat salad dressing (like ranch).

Good luck, its great you are interestedi in eating healthy!!

well try stuffing foods like chicken and turkey purer it or chop it small so small you can’t taste it. even if you don’t like salads( trust me i just started eating them) try adding stuff like banana peppers. i think it great that your trying to eat healthy. i also drink v-8 splash it really helps. You might want to try an drink smoothies with fruit and veggies. Last but no least think about the results and bite the bullet. hoped it helped.

Vegetable soup might be the answer or vegetable based soups with a little chicken (no skin) now and then.

Raw vegetables are generally more nutritious than cooked, however if you make soup and eat the broth as well as the veggies you are getting most of the nutrients

Stir”steamed” vegetables with brown rice.. This is like “stir fry” but instead of cooking the veggies in oil you steam with water or broth/bouillon.

Homemade soups are generally better for you than canned. The canned soups are so heavily salted my husband is not allowed to have them on his eating regimen

I have given you a link.

I do have a question re not eating salads. Can you eat raw vegetables… If so no need to mix them as a salad. My father always preferred his raw veggies as a relish tray… with separate sections for cucumber, tomato, lettuce, carrot sticks, broccoli, bell peppers and cauliflower.
