1500 calories?

currently, I’m 5′ 3.5″ and weigh roughly 105 lbs.
I eat about 1500 calories a day and exercise off about 300 of those calories
will this slow down my metabolism?

    Need to lose weight?

    No as long as your not starving yourself. exercise keeps your metabolism up

    yes… you should eat at least 1800 calories to keep a healthy metabolism for your weight and height.
    exercise helps.. but you need to keep your calories up when you exercise so you won’t get tired out! you will be starving yourself.

    This is highly dependent on several other factors, such as your body’s natural metabolism and the quality of the calories you are eating. If you’re eating nutritious calories with vitamins and minerals, it may be OK. If you’re eating garbage like bad fats and processed carbohydrates or sugar, then you may be slowing your metabolism. I would still add a few hundred extra calories a day – just make sure they are something good like a serving of broccoli or green beans.
