This is highly dependent on several other factors, such as your body&#039;s natural metabolism and the quality of the calories you are eating.  If you&#039;re eating nutritious calories with vitamins and minerals, it may be OK.  If you&#039;re eating garbage like bad fats and processed carbohydrates or sugar, then you may be slowing your metabolism.  I would still add a few hundred extra calories a day - just make sure they are something good like a serving of broccoli or green beans.</description>
