What food should I add to my diet to keep me alert throughout the day?

I am 27 years old, 5′3 and 190 lbs. I have recently changed the way I eat and have started working out. I feel great but by 11am I start to feel exhausted. The thing is I think I’m doing everything correctly. I exercise in the morning, drink a lot of water, and eat nutritous meals throughout the day. What am I missing? Sometimes I’ll have a protien bar when I get too tired but that doesnt work too much either. Please help.

    Slim down – remove fat

    are u cutting out carbohydrates from your diet? They are essential especially if you’re weight training or doing intensive cardio.
