weight loss question? good and bad calories?

okay as long as i stay at 1,200 calories a day does it matter where they come fro example if instead of fruits and vegatbles they come from cereal and chips and breads but i still stay under 1.200 cal. plus i exercise

will i still lose weight?
just the same as if i were eating healthier

is it true that cold water helps burn calories?

and spicy food does too?
