What Types of Insurance works with the Minnesota Mayo Clinic?

My dad is considering going to the Mayo Clininc, he has UHC Choice Plus Insurance (united healthcare insurance). I’d like to find someone who has that insurance and ask them how well it paid for their Mayo clininc visit/stay.
