Free Lose Weight Ebook

2,000 calories could have anything you like in it, say 4 twinkies for the day, or a well balanced diet that will keep you healthy.

I currently eat about 1,800 calories/day and maintain a fitness program. Here's a typical day for me:

Breakfast:
Egg White Omelet: 6 Egg Whites + 3 oz. non-fat or low fat cheese + 1/2 mushroom + 1/2 tomato
1/2 Blueberries
8 ounces Skim Milk

Snack: Protein Bar

Lunch: 6 oz. Turkey burger w/ 3 oz. Fatfree Swiss
1/2 homemade coleslaw
1 cup asparagus soup

Snack: 2 oz. soy nuts

Dinner: 6 oz. baked chicken/salmon/halibut/swordfish
1 cup wild rice
1/2 steamed veggies
1 cup Red Pepper Soup

Hope that helps!

Lose weight now - Stay slim forever

There is no basic 2,000 calorie per day diet.

For one, your diet could be less or more then that. If you are 6 feet, 220 pounds and you are an athlete you are going to eat more.

If you are a 5 foot female who goes to school it is going to be less.

Your diet is suppose to consist of: meat, dairy, fruits and breads.

There is a Canada Health Guide to rec'd eating but it doesn't outline such diet because such diet does not exist.
