If I work out for approx. 1 hour everyday and adhere to a strick 2000 calorie diet?
Lucia G asked:
About how long will it take for me to lose weight? Also where will I lose the most weight (Ex- Waist, Butt, Etc.)? I have a big belly from having my son, I am trying to find the best method to lose it. Thank you for your help.

2000 calorie diet?! That’s more than you should be eating to maintain your weight! Have a 1,500 calorie diet. With that, you’ll get results.
Fastest Way to Lose Weight
cardio and weight training and 2000 cal is too much 1200-1500 is better. if you exercise properly you will start to lose weight all over not just in one spot. good luck! be realistic it is going to take time and dedication, no quick magic cures for a lasting result… you put the weight on in 9 months so dont expect to take it off in less then nine months.
Lose weight, Lose Fat
2000 is a LOT of calories for someone who is trying to lose weight. You should probably be eating more like 1200-1500 per day, and no more. If you’re exercising for an hour every day and eating about 1200 calories per day, you should lose about 2 pounds per week. Everyone loses weight in different places first. You will lose fat in all places on your body, but for your “trouble spots” it might take a bit longer to get rid of all of it.
Lose weight, Lose Fat
You really need to eat less than 2000 calories to lose weight. On a daily basis, you burn about 1800 calories doing your normal activities and then working out can’t be more than 600 or so…you might could lose weight at 2000 calories, but i would cut down a little to lose weight faster. you can lose weight different places. it just depends on your body.
Lose weight fast
Hi, It’s difficult to say exactly how long it will take to lose the weight as it depends on what your exercise regime is in an hour. Also what you are actually eating.
An hour every day is good, but the intensity and content matters greatly.
