i have problems with weight too. i bought some thing from GNC that has 2200 calories in it, and its a milkshake. Its decent tasting, but i use that to help get calories in.

i keep hovering toward tons f apples and carrots and stuff.
even today, im STUFFED and have maybe gotton 1500.
what i do is eat a lot of ice cream, and cookies. they taste amazing and are LOADED with calories

me too even though i’m not recovering from a eating disorder it’s weird 1500 seems way to much for me .. i only consume 1000 tops

get a blender, and put in all types of thick stuff, like peanut butter, ice cream, lol i don’t know what types of food you like and then just hold your nose and CHUG! those will be some easy calories. I’m a guy and I work out and i have to times my weight by 18 and thats how much calories i gotta eat to build muscle!!!!! ur lucky lol

I needed to gain weight and I was so stressed over the numbes that one day I just put it aside and started eating what I wanted…..not what the numbers told me.
Just try it one day and if you’re really curious…just add it up later!
You’re doing great being concerned…all YOU need to do is just eat how you want when you want to.

try learning to love food again? if you eat the right foods they will keep you healthy and nourished and get you back on the right track without filling your body with saturated fats and chemicals it doesn’tt need from prepackaged food.
start learning and loving to cook! take some classes, get some healthy eating cook books. Bean soups and chillis are super easy and fun to make, and food always tastes better when you cook it yourself. You can make hot and cold salads, with proetein in them such as salmon and nuts and brie along with lettuce and maybe some tomatoe or something.
Eat regularily, one meal in the morning, it can be small if you don’t like to eat in the mornings, but make it something. Preferably grain or protein, and then have a midmorning snack, lunch, midafternoon snack, dinner and then evening snack.
Breaking up required calories into many small meals will make it easier to eat enough and reach your limit.
There are always meal replacement items that are good to have around for when you are in a hurry, but its best to get into the habit of nourishing yourself regularily with REAL food so that your body can be healthy as possible.
