    i know how to lose the fat surrounded my your knees. you have to squat while on your tippy toes and putting your arms out as if you were flying but not flapping them. Do this like 20 times a day and look at the difference in 2 weeks. I guarantee it will work then you should try jumping jacks too.

    According to Bill Phillips, the best way to burn fat is through weight training. I recommend his book Body for Life as a great way to get into shape! Any exercise is better than no exercise, but weight training rather than cardio, along with a healthy diet (also included in the book) will yield the best results.

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    It is really hard to “spot reduce” losing weight is a simple equation. You have to burn more calories than you take in. You can eat whatever you want as long as you are burning more calories than what you just ate. Certain bodies add more fat cells in more locations than others. For example, if you want to slim your thighs others might say do leg exercises. This will only strenghten your legs and if they become bigger will only make your entire leg bigger. I hope this helps

    Excersize alone won’t do it. You need to get your body tuned to burn fat. THEN AND ONLY THEN will you begin to lose fat. Unfortunately, you’ll lose it all over your body with your trouble spots coming last. Your face is usually the first place you notice it.

    Heres how.
    Start on a lowER-carb healthy diet consisting of:

    Take a good multivitamin.

    It is really painless, and you’ll feel better and be happy with the results.

    Metabolism and Your Weight

    Hi! Glad to know there’s someone out there like me too! Yeah, I’ve got the same problem too. Sad to say, it’s very difficult to lose the fat around the thighs. But let me tell you one thing. I’ve noticed that going swimming regularly helps to tone and reduce my thigh size a bit. See if it helps you. Good luck :) As for the buttocks, you need to take a brisk walk for one to one and a half hours each day (through a mall, through the neighbourhood, etc…).
