i know how to lose the fat surrounded my your knees. you have to squat while on your tippy toes and putting your arms out as if you were flying but not flapping them. Do this like 20 times a day and look at the difference in 2 weeks. I guarantee it will work then you should try jumping jacks too.

Hi! Glad to know there’s someone out there like me too! Yeah, I’ve got the same problem too. Sad to say, it’s very difficult to lose the fat around the thighs. But let me tell you one thing. I’ve noticed that going swimming regularly helps to tone and reduce my thigh size a bit. See if it helps you. Good luck
As for the buttocks, you need to take a brisk walk for one to one and a half hours each day (through a mall, through the neighbourhood, etc…).
