I don’t like to exercise at all. Though I don’t eat too much,I’m becoming fat day by day.I eat two times in day. Only breakfast & lunch, no supper. I want to become slim in a short time.

    If that’s the route you want to take … it won’t work.

    Mild exercise, more fruits and vegetables, limit your fats and sugars, smaller portions … and quit skipping meals. That’ll work against you.

    Don’t worry about the goal … just do the motions and the weight loss will come. You try to do it without exercise and you’ll be “skinny BUT flabby” … and that’s just GROSS.

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    You should be eating 5 small healthy meals a day.

    I also dislike exercise, it hurts my body a lot due to physical problems. So I stretch EVERY single day because the more flexible you are the more calories your body burns. I go for a 60 minute walk and I do 100 basic crunches a day .

    You need to exercise. Period!

    What types of exercise have you tried? There are many activities that will help you slim down. I’ve found jogging/running to be the absolute best. What about rollerblading…it’s fun and hardly feels like exercise. Tennis? Walking? Yoga? Pilates? Swimming? Some of these activities are really enjoyable…try to find something that is fun to you.

    Need to lose weight?

    eat less….transfer over to salads & eat them…
    if you don’t get fool…keep eating them & soon you will :)
    I’m a 23 yr old male whos done this in the past & results were very fast
    this is not the best way nor healthy way to lose weight..
    but it works & may have side effects depending on whos doing it & how…
    I had diarrea for 3-5 days while tranfering over to a different eating habit…
    o yea..
    I also drank nothing but water…
    fews sips of pop/juice here & there…

    I took vitamins & was well good..

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    First of all, you need to eat 3 hardy, healthy meals. Skipping a meal is the worst thing you can do if you’re trying to lose weight. Second of all, drink LOTS of water. At least 8 8oz. glasses of water. If you can, stop drinking all sodas (if you do). Third of all, I’m sorry to tell you, but you can’t expect to slim down without exercising. Eating healthy is only half the part of losing weight. So try and go for foods that have a low calorie to calories from fat ratio. And exercise! Try some workout video’s. Billy Blanks TaeBo is amazing when it comes to results, and, it’s FUN! So goodluck!

    Slim down – remove fat

    You can, but its very difficult.
    You have to take nutritious food of low calories i e food contains fibers and other nutrients and low carbohydrate.
    Stop taking junk food, food contains sugar like fizz drink etc.
    You have to change your habits like for short distance you can opt walking instead of taking car.
    In your home try to do some work self instead of taking help of machine or servant.
