Lose weight, Lose Fat
Firstly your target of slimming down in a month isn’t a good idea. It took you 9 months to put on the extra weight why do you think you can lose it all in four weeks?
For weight (fat) loss to be sustainable you need to eat a little less and exercise a little more that’s all it takes! If you resolve to lose 1 lb a week you’ll be back at your old weight in only 6 months and be much better toned. Make small sustainable changes to your diet, eat sensibly and consider joining a gym or working with a Personal Trainer.
I know we all want to lose fat quickly but the slower you loose it the better. It means you’ll keep it off. Avoid any form of diet it’ll just kill your fat burning machine (muscle). Just eat a healthy diet for 80% of the time and you’ll do great.
Good luck,
Carol
