What are some good supplements to add to a healthy diet?

I take Women’s One a Day Vitamin , and Fiber . I would like to know other good supplements that can help to add to good health? Like fish oil pills or any other things that might add to good health?
I do yogua and pilates whenever I am in the mood, Plus I have alwaysed had a fit body without even working at it. I just would like some other extras to help keep me fit ans sexy for my Faince.

    Want to lose weight?

    Green tea reduces getting cancer, relieves stress and gives you more endurance when excersising. A healthy alternative to gluten infested whole wheat or white flour bread is spelt bread or rice bread, it’s delicious and very healthy with some real butter. Fish oil pills are great, i take them a lot.

    Metabolism and Your Weight

    If you’re eating a healthy diet and taking sensible exercise, you don’t need any supplements. By sensible exercise, I mean about 30 minutes walking every day (walk at least part of the way to work/ school), use stairs instead of lifts, etc. You don’t need to go to a gym but do something gentle like ballroom dancing, yoga, tai chi. No strain, no pain, no injury, no stress.

    It really isn’t all needed though, just a good diet, gentle exercise and maybe a multi vitamin and fish oils :)

    I would definitely do fish oil pills! I take Omega 3-6-9 Pills. It actually clears up my skin. I don’t know much about using it for weight-loss but it is supposed to be good for a healthy body. I have heard a lot about that Acai berry stuff too, but I have never tried it so I’m not too sure how good it works.
