How many calories should i eat a day?is this diet ok?

How many? This is my diet:
Morning-captain crunch 2 bowls with skim milk and wheat toast.
Lunch-spicy chicken sandwich, candy bar, and usually another side
Snack- so ething like left over dinner from night before
Dinner-french fried and tuna sandwich today for my dinner
Snack-popcorn
Is this diet ok? How could I make it better? I want a six pack by summer, any suggestions.
I’m 5′9″ 16 and 150 lbs.

    maybe no candy bar? replace the french fries with a salad or other vegetable. and make sure popcorn is like the “light kind” or something. that may help. and find a less sugary cereal that has other benefits for your body.

    Metabolism and Your Weight

    Ok. Well I would cut out the Capn Crunch, and get a better, whole wheat low sugar cereal. I like special K red berries, and special K saisfaction. They are super good, but I pick the berries out of the red berries cereal ;) . Umm, chocolate dosent do anything but add extra uneeded calories, and ends up giving you breakouts, etc. I had to stop eating candy to get my skin to clear up, so skip the candy bar. Popcorn makes a good snack, but skip the butter if you can, and not too much salt. Watch the french fries, as they are calorie loaded and also not very healthy. Everything else sounds really good! Your doing a good job.

    First of all this isn’t a diet, and you surely won’t get a six pack with it.

    Instead of eating 2 bowls of captain crunch pick 2 of your favorite fruits.
    For lunch have a salad.
    Snacks just pick any fruit you like.
    For dinner try eating tuna, it’s low in calories and it’s very good for you.
    Drink lots of water and exercise!

    OH, and french fries are one of the worst things you could eat while trying to lose weight.

    Slim down – remove fat

    dont eat (completly) popcorn, french fries, candy bar.
    And exercise..aerobic and anerobic switch between the two every day
    Sit ups/crunches/ to tone your abdominals.

    Hmm you have to lose the candy bars, popcorn, french fries and change the captain crunch for something else, I like special K and I add bananas or strawberries, more healthy ;)

    Try this website. You enter your age, weight, build and work out and it will tell you how many calories you have to consume a day for your body, like it you work out, you need more calories, men need more calories that women, also depends on your build. You can also enter the food and it will separate it for you, like sweets, fruits, sodium and so on.

    no french fries

    sugar is ur #1 enemy when trying to lose fat, so no candy and no sugary cereals

    limit cals and carbs, and do lots of cardio. Avoid simple carbs all together ( breads, pasta, noodles, starches like potatoes) and eat about 2000 cals a day if not less

    sorry but ur diet sucks, u will never have abs like that, if anything u will get fatter

    getting a 6 pac isnt easy, it takes a hard core diet

    Losing weight without starving yourself

    replace the candy bar with a protein bar
    eat fruit for your snack
    or eat nuts instead of popcorn
    cut out the french fries
    if youe at a tuna sandwich make it on wheat or whole grain bread not on white.

    If you are looking to have a lean six pack
    and lose a little weight weigh around 140 eat around 1500 – 1800 calories and exercise about 1 hour a day
    run , ab exercises, swim, etc.

    Yo Im ur age and about ur weight hehe.. Listen to this. Your diet is alright but. Might wanna switch
    the cereal up with more fruits then
    Lunch -spicy chicken sandwich with banana or ur favorite fruit or a protein bar
    -dinner no fries but eat more of that tooonaaaa its good for ya
    -popcorn is good without butter..
    Ur ok but U wont get ur sixpack like that dude UNLESS u eat exactly this everyday and not one bit more.
    You wanna do some more sports or weight training or something like that. Also u gotta do ab exercises do them reeeaally slowly and low repitions and heavy weight ;)

    Ohh my gosh what a disgusting meal.

    Try sparkteen.com Don’t eat sugary cereals…you get all calories and no nutrition you would be better off eating a bowl of Special K Red Berries. Better yet try 6oz strawberry yoplait, a couple slices of wheat toast, with .75tbsp of smart balance buttery spread, and .6 cup of blackberries one day for breakfast and then the next .5 ounce of raisins, 6oz strawberry yoplait, 2 slice of wheat toast with 1tbsp of jelly. You need to avoid fast foods, candy, sodas, french fries and any other deep fried food, popcorn is fine as long as you avoid butter and salt. Instead of a spicy chicken sandwich you can make a spicy chicken burger (the recipe can be found on sparkrecipes.com). You also need to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. You also need to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

    Weight wise you should be at a healthy BMI right now so I would just focus on eating healthier foods and exercising….and how I miss the days of a teenage metabolism.
