What is a healthy diet for a me if I play basketball?

celticfan asked:

I’m 13 years old and am trying out for my middle school basketball team. What should I eat as a healthy diet if tryouts are in two months? I’m almost 5′ 5″ and weigh 107 lbs.

Diets are different for different people…like for me…I have diabetes so my game/practice day diet is different then other days…but eat healthy fruits/vegatables/good meats……As long as you dont go over board on junk food and sweets you should be good…just stay in shape…work out and build muscle…
