A pound every week or so is great. Don&#039;t try to loose weight any faster than that. I would think that after awhile your body will start to slow your metabolism somewhat. You might want to eat a maintenance diet a couple days a week to keep this from happening. Eat more in the mornings and less in the evenings. This makes it less likely that you will store fat. Spread out your eating over the day. If you can do this, you should loose weight for a long time on 1500 calories.</description>

Look online for calorie expenditure calculators.
