It’s probably initially going to be water weight, because fiber makes you poop out a lot of your water intake.

Maybe you had a lot of “back-up” in your system & the fiber pushed it all out.

    Need to lose weight?

Fiber is amazing and fills you up on less calories. Also your surgery could have reduced your appetite without you really realizing. You need to lose 3500 calories a day to lose a pound. So 3500 calories times 7 pounds lost is a 26,250 calorie deficient. Roughly 11 days in a week and a half. Which is 38,500. 38,500-26,250 is 12,250 calories. That means you consumed about 1,113.6 calories a day. So yeah you might want to eat a little more. That’s not a entirely healthy diet.
