Fastest Way to Lose Weight
First off, don’t listen to the ppl here that say to just eat less if you really want to get rid of your belly. I’m sorry to say but if you want to slim down in a healthy way. You have to put some time in for some exercise. I am a full time student in college and work 3 jobs and I fine time to fit in my work outs. You just have to no how to do some time management.
Now if you want to loose your belly you have to do some high intense cardio. The muscles in your stomach are the hardest muscles to tone. Running is the best for that. If you are serious and want to loose weight you can email me ok.
