Need some exercise tips to help slim down abdomen?

bdragon66 asked:

I’m wanting to slim down my pouch abdomen, and I have recently purchased a sit up bar to do sit ups with. However I’m sure that doing sit ups alone won’t slim down your waistline, so this is why I ask for your advice and help. What exercise do you think are best to slim down the abdomen and give me examples of exercises that I can use. Ten points for the most thorough and practical answer given. Thanks!

    Slim down – remove fat

I hate to say it, but crunches. Another thing that is used, usually not in America, but in other countries is this thing where your lower half is on a flat suface and your upper half is hanging off and you do like super crunches and lift your upper body like more than 180 degrees.

Can somebody please answer my question?

    Losing weight without starving yourself

    Cardiovascular excersices, seriously.
    Go running/ jogging.
Thats what you have to do if you wanna lose the weight.
To get abdominal muscles (i.e six pack etc) then you should do crunches over sit ups.
Some people that have done sit ups develope back conditions, and crunches work your stomach a lot better anyway.
    Leg raises are excellent.
Legs raised with crunches are also good.
But again, Running to get rid of the weight and watch your diet closely.

    Hope this helped.

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

I’ve lost several inches doing this,
Put a pillow under your butt and lay on the floor, head raised, lift your legs repeatidly, hold them midway up. You’ll feel a killer burn and it also helps trim your thighs! Do a few sets every day, I’m not kidding you, you’ll notice a difference in a week!

    Need to lose weight?

The plank! It was on the radio yesterday as being *the best* thing for keeping your middle trim and developing a six-pack.

You lie on your front on your elbows, as if you were reading a book at the beach. Then lift your body off the ground, keeping your torso and legs all in a straight line. Don’t stick your butt up in the air. And just hold that pose for one-two minutes. ***IF*** you can!
