I weigh 92 pounds, according to my height its ok but still i want to eat healthy diet so that i don’t put on any weight. Any suggestion?

    i ve researched alot bout tht
    the best u can do is jog…

    drink lots of water….arey dont fill it up like a water tank… just… drink water in many forms……..juices etc…………ur skin will glow up too

    grab all the ‘rabbit food’………..i mean fruits n veggies…..i know it sounds horrible…if u r a non veg (like me)

    and make sure u burn as much as calories that u take……….each day
