How is my split for my 2000 calorie diet?
I try to keep it as exact as possible because iIm a perfectionist haha. But my split looks something like:
45% carb/ 33% protein/ 22% fat. Which inclues 222g carbs, 165.3g protein, and 48.7 g fat.
Does that split look good for someone who works out every day?

Yes, it looks great for someone who wants to lose weight. For someone who does serious daily work outs and wants to maintain existing weight, you’re going to fall short of proper nutrition. You’ll need more like 3,000 Calories a day.
