What is the diet called where you slowly add carbs during the week and have one free day?

I read an article that I can no longer find about this diet. You start off at the beginning of each week eating almost no carbs. By the middle of the week you add some fruits and whole grains. On day 7 you can eat whatever you want, but go back to low carb on day one again. What is this diet called?

    I have no idea but ask my don’t go on any diet if u think you heavy cut down how much u eat i used to be 145 pounds and in 2 month i lost my weight i became 105 losing 40 pounds i lost muscle with it but i lost my fat belly with out any sagging skin or extra skin;
    How i done this.
    I used to eat two -3 plates away in like 5 mins i cut to one plate and ate slower taking 20 mins which goes by talking to family and dinner table or watching tv and eat slowly the brain will tell u when u are full

    Also i only ate when my belly was growling for food

    I tended to put my hand on my bell which now is found out to help u burn some fat too

    Ps. I did not work out at all but u should i lost very little muscels i had.
